Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 base, plus equity

What You'll Own

- Special projects and strategic initiatives working directly with the CEO

- Build and formalize claims operations as the company scales rapidly, including process design, hiring, and workflows

- Design scalable, data-driven processes that optimize product workflows

- Lead cross-functional problem-solving across product, engineering, and business teams

- Context-switch across diverse, high-impact initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to each

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategic operations role at a top-tier startup

- An exceptionally structured, data-driven thinking style with strong attention to detail

- Strong cross-functional communication, building trust quickly with customers, teammates, and partners

- A high-intensity, fast-moving operating style that thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments

- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work

- Comfort switching context quickly between high-impact initiatives
