PAY BREAKDOWN

- Mileage: $0.68-$0.73 per mile (tenure-based)

- Drop and hook: $35 per stop

- Live load or unload: $65 per stop

- Refused delivery: $40-$75 per load

- Cross-town: $25-$60 per move

- Reefer load: $30

- Layover: $20/hour

- Detention: $20-$25/hour after the first hour

- Holiday pay: $220/day (6 holidays, eligible after 1 year)

Regional intermodal, 100% no-touch freight on chassis and containers. About 85% of loads start or end in Chicago. Operating in IA, MN, WI, and IL. Production target is 1,900 miles a week, and top drivers can run 2,400+ miles with 48 hours off. Mid-roof automatic tractors, average age 2.5 years. Uniforms required.

Training averages about 2 weeks, with $250/day new hire pay. Drivers living within 30 miles of a J.B. Hunt terminal park there during time off.

REQUIREMENTS

- 21+ with valid Class A CDL

- 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience

- Comfortable with regional routes and weekend work

- No DUI in the last 5 years

- Pass hair and urine drug testing
