Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily route service operations and service team performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive customer retention and contract renewals
- Support pricing strategy, profitability, and revenue growth initiatives
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach service team members
- Conduct employee performance reviews and ongoing development
- Collaborate with leadership on operational and service improvement strategies
- Manage service administration, reporting, and resource utilization
- Support operational coverage when necessary
Requirements:
- Service management or area service management experience
- Strong customer retention and relationship-building background
- Leadership experience managing service teams
- Experience with budgeting, pricing, and operational performance
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Hair follicle drug test required
- No THC permitted
Compensation & Details:
- $61,000-$70,000 compensation range
