An enterprise-level organization is seeking an experienced Enablon Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 operational and technical support within a large-scale EHS systems environment.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering $105/hr for highly qualified candidates with strong Enablon expertise and Champion Level Certification.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience supporting Enablon applications, strong EHS domain knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot complex operational and technical issues in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide L1/L2/L3 operational support for Enablon applications

* Handle incident management, access requests, and operational troubleshooting

* Monitor deployment stability and system performance

* Configure, customize, and maintain Enablon implementations

* Support Risk Management, Metrics, Incident Management, Audit, and Shared Functions modules

* Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions

* Create technical documentation and support procedures

* Conduct KPI reporting and system validation activities

* Serve as the primary technical support contact for Enablon-related issues

* Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve operational concerns

Requirements:

* Champion Level Certification in Enablon REQUIRED

* 5+ years of EHS domain experience

* 2+ years of Enablon implementation or support experience

* Strong experience providing L2/L3 Enablon support

* Deep knowledge of:

* Risk Management

* Metrics

* Health & Safety / Incident Management

* Audit Modules

* Shared Functions

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

* Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with additional EHS software platforms

* Experience supporting EHSQ systems within capital projects environments

* Techno-functional leadership experience

* Experience customizing and configuring Enablon solutions

Compensation & Details:
