Compensation: $130,000 - $190,000 base, plus competitive equity
Join a fast-growing AI-enabled insurance company as a Deployment Strategist, owning the intersection of technical architecture and executive alignment for some of the world's largest insurers.
What You'll Own
- Own multiple client deployments from post-sale design through go-live and stabilization, serving as the single point of contact for VP-level stakeholders
- Work with client teams on architecture, data models, workflow design, and source-of-record decisions
- Turn messy client reality into clear plans with milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and cadence
- Communicate progress and blockers to client executives and internal engineering with equal precision
- Build trust with senior stakeholders while going deep with operators and technical teams
- Coordinate daily with engineering and sales teams, translating client needs into engineering priorities and deployment context into deal strategy
- Partner with sales on late-stage deals to shape scope and create paths to expansion
- Help write the playbook, standards, and operating rhythm that define how deployments scale
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years in roles combining technical depth, structured problem-solving, and client ownership
- Exceptional communication and client presence, able to hold a room of demanding executives without coming off as scripted
- Strong, structured thinking, able to break a complex implementation into a clear execution plan
- High agency and high slope, taking ownership of problems without waiting for direction
- A background in consulting, deployment, solutions, or implementation at a high-performance environment, plus a technical degree or early engineering experience
- Genuine technical fluency, comfortable holding technical conversations with both client and internal engineering teams
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work (full relocation support provided)
