Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Lead to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of a large-scale ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) platform.

This role will be responsible for driving the deployment of FSM capabilities, including preventative maintenance, calibration management, mobile workforce solutions, workflow automation, and compliance-focused reporting. The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow FSM expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module.

Design and deploy FSM capabilities, including preventative maintenance and calibration automation workflows.

Configure workflows, forms, data models, and reporting structures to support operational and compliance requirements.

Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance personnel.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver scalable FSM solutions.

Lead migration efforts from legacy field service and maintenance systems into ServiceNow.

Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Provide knowledge transfer, user training, and post-implementation support.

Ensure solutions align with ITSM, ITIL, compliance, and governance requirements.

Support Agile delivery practices throughout implementation and enhancement projects.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across field service operations and maintenance workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of IT experience.

Proven experience leading ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) implementations.

Strong experience configuring FSM workflows, scheduling, work orders, preventative maintenance, and calibration processes.

Experience designing mobile workflows for field service and maintenance teams.

Experience migrating legacy platforms into ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and operational reporting requirements.

Experience working within ITSM environments.

Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.

Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications.

Experience within regulated industries.

Experience supporting enterprise asset management or maintenance operations.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations and platform architecture.

Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Prior consulting or enterprise implementation experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $71/hour
