Location: San Francisco, CA (in-person)

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus meaningful equity

Join a fast-growing AI research company as a Strategic Projects Associate, working directly with the founding team on high-priority technical and operational projects supporting frontier AI labs.

What You'll Own

- Partner with frontier AI labs to coordinate dataset generation projects, manage timelines, and ensure delivery excellence

- Build and maintain operational tools using AI and scripting to automate workflows, track metrics, and improve efficiency

- Manage teams of technical experts across software engineering, data science, and ML

- Create technical documentation, project briefs, and data samples for customer presentations

- Drive process improvements and build systems to scale operations as the company grows

What You'll Bring

- A strong interest in AI and technical fluency, comfortable using AI tools daily and learning new technologies quickly

- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Extreme ownership and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

- The ability to learn rapidly, iterate, and thrive in ambiguous environments

- A high-intensity background, such as a top-company internship or prior startup experience

Nice to Have

- A background in software engineering, ML engineering, AI research, or computer science

- Full-time or internship experience at a top tech company or quantitative trading firm

- Prior startup or founding experience

- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when projects demand it
