This role is key in guiding clients through the selection and design process, ensuring their cabinetry choices align with both their style and practical needs. The ideal candidate will possess both sales acumen and a design background, with a focus on fostering strong client relationships and delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, and budgets for custom cabinetry.
- Provide personalized design consultations, assisting clients with selecting custom cabinetry, finishes, and hardware.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes that align with the clients vision.
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on current cabinetry trends, materials, and design innovations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cabinetry design, interior design, or home remodeling, with a strong track record in sales.
