Role Overview: The HR & Administrative Manager at Dime oversees all human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and a positive workplace culture. This role handles recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and office management, supporting Dimes growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring processes and integrate new hires effectively.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and manage workplace conflicts.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage employee evaluations and development programs.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Office Management: Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Employee Engagement: Enhance employee satisfaction through engagement initiatives and events.
- HR Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 5-7 years in HR management and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and office tools.
- Highly proficient in Jamaican labour laws and Industrial Relations.
This is a hybrid role, and based on the candidate's location, they may be required to attend the office in person on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
