Role Overview: The Customer Success Manager at Dime is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using Dimes payment solutions. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing proactive support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success with Dimes platform.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Proactive Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, helping them to maximize the value of Dimes products.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Churn Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce customer churn and increase customer lifetime value.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

This is a hybrid role, and based on the candidate's location, they may be required to attend the office in person on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
