Role Overview: The IT Infrastructure Manager at Dime is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring it supports the company's payment processing platforms needs. This role is critical to maintaining high levels of performance, security, and managing scalability as DIME expands, especially in cloud-based infrastructure and multi-jurisdictional FinTech operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and data centers.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that the infrastructure meets the highest security standards and complies with relevant regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect the company's operations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers, ensuring that services meet the company's needs and budget.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, and network security.
- Experience in managing IT operations in a fintech or similar high-security environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar cybersecurity certifications.
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or similar cloud-related certifications.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
This is a hybrid role, and based on the candidate's location, they may be required to attend the office in person on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
