Role Overview: The Application Manager at Dime oversees the development, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s payment applications. This role ensures that all applications are secure, user-friendly, and integrate seamlessly with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Lead the development of Dime’s payment applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.

  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of applications with the company’s platform and third-party systems.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal user experience.

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of developers in agile methodologies, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

  • Technology Innovation: Stay updated on the latest development frameworks and technologies, applying them to improve the company’s applications.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in application development, cloud-native applications and management, with a strong focus on fintech solutions.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

  • Deep understanding of software development, integration, and security best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certifications.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar cloud certifications.

  • Certified Application Security Engineer (CASE).

This is a hybrid role, and based on the candidate's location, they may be required to attend the office in person on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
