Role Overview: The Application Manager at Dime oversees the development, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s payment applications. This role ensures that all applications are secure, user-friendly, and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development: Lead the development of Dime’s payment applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of applications with the company’s platform and third-party systems.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal user experience.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of developers in agile methodologies, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Technology Innovation: Stay updated on the latest development frameworks and technologies, applying them to improve the company’s applications.
Experience & Qualifications:
Extensive experience in application development, cloud-native applications and management, with a strong focus on fintech solutions.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Deep understanding of software development, integration, and security best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certifications.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar cloud certifications.
Certified Application Security Engineer (CASE).
This is a hybrid role, and based on the candidate's location, they may be required to attend the office in person on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
