Role Overview: The Marketing Manager at Dime is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company's payment solutions. This role is critical in building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Dimes business objectives and target market.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the Dime brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification).

This is a hybrid role, and based on the candidate's location, they may be required to attend the office in person on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
