Marketing Specialist

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders including: Regional Digital Team, Business Head, Sales Lead & TA Leads in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy;
  • Partner with vendored agency carry out & manage practices relative to Digital Marketing manners;

  • Implement digital marketing activities, campaigns across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, e.t.c) to promote brand identity in Vietnam; to generate leads and customers;

  • Manage, maintain & optimize the companys owned media including websites, fanpages, emails, e.t.c;

  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, e.t.c.);

  • Manage social media marketing campaigns & SEO campaign; digital advertising campaigns;

  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms;

  • Conduct research on market trends, brands audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer journey to drive engagements and sales conversions;

  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans;

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team;

  • Report directly to {{Line Report}} & dotted line report to Vietnam Business Head.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track of Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads for lead generation;

  • Experienced in performance tracking;

  • Working experiences of IT Consulting Services, HR Outsourcing Services, e.t.c is a big plus;

  • Good at handling digital marketing budgets to optimize cost & maximize lead generation & sales conversion;

  • Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM;

  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, e.t.c);

  • Skilled and experienced in creative content writing;

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking;

  • Have integrity, transparency, positive thinking, and be open-minded;

  • Be result-driven and have high sense of commitment;

  • Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members;

  • Be self-starter with a collaborative, can-do attitude who can quickly adapt to changes & fast-growing environments;

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels.
