Summary of our client
Client is a pioneer cloud restaurant company in Southeast Asia. The Company aims to become the largest online food group in the region. At present, Client provides a broad range of food products to Philippine consumers within the NCR. It aims to expand to several markets in Southeast Asia, starting with Vietnam in Q4 2021.

Main responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close for all financial reports.

• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information (sstatutory aaccounts, tax reports and all compliance required).

• Manage the daily receipts, payments and banking transactions.

• Ensure the monthly and quarterly bank reconciliation activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Supports budget and forecasting activities.

• Collaborates with the other department managers to support the overall goals and objectives.

• Monitors and analyzes the business unit work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

• Manages the general team

• Liaise with insurance, tax authorities, audit, banks and other stakeholders required

• Any other ad-hoc requirements from the Finance Director
  
  

Job requirements
Must-have:

• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience and 3 years in management

• Strong knowledge of VAS and Taxation

• Excellent in MS Office (specially Excel, Power Query) & google sheet

• Able to work with ERP (Netsuite experience is a great advantage)

• Good at communication in Vietnamese & English (Writing & verbal)

• Detail oriented and organized

• Problem solving skills
