Principal Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support in articulating infrastructure design with in-depth product knowledge of minimum two technology domain as identified by NTT as long-term strategy

• Drive solution sales by understanding clients technical needs, translating identified needs into solutions

• Soft skills development that are identified by NTT such as sales and communication related

• Proposal Preparation

1. Communicate with internal or external client for requirement gathering using phone or collaboration tools

2. Understand client current infrastructure environment and propose relevant solutions and technical services scope of work that are required for end-to-end implementation.

3. Identify and map client support services need (maintenance) into NTT services offering. Incorporate support services and managed services ideas into proposal

4. Ability to Work with client, vendors and internal team and responsible for end-to-end integration and design.

5. Craft initial bill of material for requested solution. Identify the suitable model to be proposed based on capacity, features and client IT environment needs

6. Estimate man days effort and craft project implementation work breakdown structure and timelines

7. Drawing of network diagram in MS Visio and prepare PowerPoint presentation.

• Adherence to NTT sales, process, and collaboration tools to communicate and deliver results.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

1. A bachelors degree in Computer science or Computer Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering

2. Minimum 2 years relevant network Postsales and 1 year network Presales experience. Preferred 3 years of implementation, design and presales experience:

• Experiences on Cisco Networking infrastructure/ Data Center/ Security Architecture. Hands-on experience with a wide range of Cisco networking and security products

• Have a good knowledge of Security products like Next-Generation Firewall & IPS and various Security solution from vendor Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint,

• Have a good knowledge of Network & Security Monitoring and Management Systems

• Experiences on troubleshooting and investigating device and networking issues methodologies

1. Have a good of technical sales and communications skills.

2. Experience presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences

3. Have a good skills in Microsoft excel/word to consolidate complex bill of materials and design synchronization

4. Must be fluent in use Cisco Vendor CCW online tools

5. Have any of the below Professional Certification:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is required

• Cisco Certificated Internet Expert (CCIE) is required

• Certified in any Gartners leader solution in Security solution

• Any Fundamentals, intermediate or advance certification based on the vendor listed below.
