In Vietnam, we are driving our business forward in a fast-paced environment and are looking for multiple Talent Acquisition Team Leads who thrive on challenges to join our young, dynamic, and creative Talent Acquisition Team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with relative stakeholders including but not limited to BD Team, Clients, e.t.c to understand personnel requirements to deliver the high-quality TA practices to clients;
- Work closely with TA Director & Vietnam Business Head to identify timely sprint goals and its metrics of TA Team;
- Act as a connector between clients and TA Team to ensure the smooth operations of TA practices with high-quality customer service aspect;
- Consult clients by providing TA guidance on talent requirements, and hiring plans according to business timelines;
- Manage TA team of at least 5 members to ensure they deliver high-quality TA practices to both clients and candidates;
- Seek multiple and effective sources of a proactive talent sourcing approach to identify, pipeline & engage with potentially suitable candidates for both multiple short and long-term hiring goals of various clients;
- Coach TA Team with strategic roadmaps, plans with timely training sessions to ensure every single team members achievement their goals;
- Work closely and report directly to the TA Director & dotted report to the Vietnam Head of Business.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably at Recruitment firms or fast-growing Technology companies;
- At least 1 year of leading the TA/Recruitment team of at least 2 members;
- Strong strategic and logical thinking;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Familiarity with planning and team achievement, resource management, allocation;
- Have integrity, transparency, positive thinking, and be open-minded;
- Be result-driven and have high sense of commitment;
- Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members;
- Be self-starter with a collaborative, can-do attitude who can quickly adapt to changes & fast-growing environments;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels.
