IT Headhunter (Hybrid)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Partner with relative stakeholders including but not limited to BD Team, Clients, e.t.c to understand personnel requirements to deliver the high-quality TA practices to clients;
  • Work closely with TA Team Lead to hit timely sprint goals and set its metrics of TA Team;
  • Act as a collaborator with BD Team & TA Lead to ensure the smooth operations of TA practices with high-quality customer service aspect;
  • Consult clients by providing TA guidance on talent requirements, and hiring plans according to business timelines;
  • Seek multiple and effective sources of a proactive talent sourcing approach to identify, pipeline & engage with potentially suitable candidates for both multiple short and long-term hiring goals of various clients;
  • Figure out ensure solutions to hit achievement of the timely goals;
  • Work closely and report directly to the TA Lead.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably at Recruitment firms or fast-growing Technology companies;
  • Strong sourcing and logical talent mapping skills;
  • Be comfortable with fast-paced work with sales-driven pusher as motivators;
  • Have integrity, transparency, positive thinking, and be open-minded;
  • Be result-driven and have high sense of commitment;
  • Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members;
  • Be self-starter with a collaborative, can-do attitude who can quickly adapt to changes & fast-growing environments;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels.
