Were looking for Senior QA Automation Engineers to grow with our development squads building a virtual bank from scratch using cloud native technologies. Were a fast-growing team solving exciting problems and delivering high quality products in small, interdisciplinary teams using Agile as our core methodology. Were applying the learnings from Google, Twitter and Netflix to build the next generation of banking.

The Role Responsibility:

An Individual, with automation first mindset to help organization to build and test the product. Work closely with QE lead and Scrum teams to ensure high quality delivery.


  • The tester will work with the mobile UI team and assist build the mobile automation framework. 

  • Socialize automation first mindset and build scalable test automation.

  • Act as quality owner for respective scrum team.

  • Work with QE team to share, enhance and adapt the new processes, practices to enrich the quality.

  • Generate the different QA reports during software development life cycle.


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Over 5 years experience in automation testing 

  • Must have strong web and mobile automation experience (both manual and automation)

  • Experience in Appium, Cucumber, XCode

  • Ability to work with a team and has good stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience in hybrid test automation framework development.

  • Experience in Agile development is desirable.

  • Experience in task estimation and execution in scrum.

  • Understands the financial/commercial life cycle.

  • Positive and energetic work attitude.

  • Well-organized and disciplined, but also adaptable approach to work.

  • Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively.

  • Working independently with minimal guidance whenever necessary.

  • Strong written and communication skills.

Good to have (Optional):

  • Experience working in a Banking or regulated environment.

  • Experience in Microservice application testing.

  • Test Automation of Mobile applications in Android and IOS is plus.

  • DevOps Experience will be valuable.

  • Competitive salary

  • Salary band per level and employee benefits are reviewed once per year

  • 13th month salary pro rata depending on the employees length of service (within a calender year), paid with the December salary

  • Monthly lunch allowance: 700,000 VND/employee

      > Performance bonus   > Salary increments

Talent retention policy (Retention bonus)

  • 2-year anniversary = 0.5x monthly salary

  • Paid with salary of month of anniversary.
