Job Description

[Main focus: operation day-to-day task as per ticket or service request in term of SW/HW installation]

- Operate specific day-to-day operations as per the ticket/service requests.

- Performs computer or network system backups.

- Install network and computer system as per company work instruction.

- Be 1st tier to troubleshoot problems related to his/her day to day operation.

- Report or escalate problems that are not in company work instruction to direct supervisor.

- Oversee junior level staff and effectively allocate workload to ensure performance.

Job Qualification

- Knowledge of security access control principles, identity, access management concepts.

- Understand the access control model in technical and procedure include application, products, technology, techniques, and knowledge of least privilege methodology with security rights, permissions, and groups.
