ERP Technical Developer (Lead)
Job Description:
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity for the position of Technical Developer in a leading regional organization specializing in the F&B industry. We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and configuration of D365FO ERP systems across multiple regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain technical design, solution, and implementation as a lead technical solution.
- Create and review technical specification documentation, design and review custom code for complex requirements.
- Perform delivery audits with a view to assessing the quality of the solution and highlight possible improvements in the technical design and coding.
- Collaborate with local IT teams and local users to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions or enhancements to optimize system functionality and performance.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in D365FO ERP systems and related technologies, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Developer or similar role, specifically in developing D365FO ERP systems.
- Competent in MorphX, X++ programming & DevOps management skills following D365 best practices.
- In-depth development experience such as customized functions/enhancements, interface integration, and develop new reports with D365FO and Dynamics AX.
- Experience in Data management and migration, entities, and templates.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong dedication to continuous learning and professional development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Extensive knowledge of X++ program, technical code merging, and standardization processes within a multi-environment development environment.
- Hands-on with SQL server administration, views, stored procedures, security role administration, and management.
- Knowledge of integration to various platforms including experience of Power platform, Power apps
- Knowledge in emerging technologies such as RPA, Azure Cloud Platform, SaaS, DevOps,
- Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Flow is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills with detail organizing and planning.
- Fluent communication in English and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous and good team player who is able to work with various levels of stakeholders from different cultures and locations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
