Sales Lead/ Manager/ BDM

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Generating inquiries and new business for staffing services
  • Prepare technical or commercial proposals based on the client's requirements.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain all records on CRM as per company policy.
  • Meet clients regularly in order to understand the level of customer satisfaction with the service delivered.
  • Client relationship management includes contract renewals and organic account growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and the last 4 years of experience in IT staffing
  • Thailand market experience of more than 4 years
  • Proven successful sales track record.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
