Our client is the leading software development solution company in Southeast Asia in the field of application development. In order to expend our business in the year 2024, we are looking for the talent in Business development to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, at least 04 years of experience Business development field and at least 01year experience in IT industry. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as youll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute business strategy
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Work with marketing and sales team to meet the sales conversion rate KPI.
Job Requirement
· Bachelors degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field
· 4+ years of experience in sales or business development
· 1+ year of experience in management and in the IT outsourcing field
· Professional communication skills: written, verbal, presentation in English
· Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Good in time management and planning and strategy skills
· An ability to deliver and answer inquiries on time
· Having knowledge or experience in digital marketing is a plus
· A proven track record is a plus
