POSITION: SALES MANAGER (FLAVOR & FRAGRANCE)
- Work location: Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Report to: General Manager in Singapore

The Flavors & Fragrances Market are compounds used to enhance the characteristics of end-use
products in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and cosmetic industries.
Flavours are used in a wide range of products that include bakery, snacks, confectionery, meat,
poultry, seafood, and others.
Fragrances - The perfume industry revolves around the production of scents and essential oils
whose major use is to enhance pleasant smells and fragrances. With the kind of attention it pays
to hygiene, the perfume industry is an indispensable part of the cosmetic and personal care industry.
MAIN DUTIES:
Manage sales and business development for dealer market & direct food manufacturer
Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify potential customers and develop plans to develop business opportunities
Generate demand from customers by understanding their technology commercial flavor requirements
and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions.
Do research of regional market insights
Understand Customer Demands & Requirements to consult products to Customers
Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior
Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business
REQUIREMENTS:
Candiadte must be fluent English & Mandarin
At least 3 years experience in Sales B2B, at least in either Food Flavors or Fragrances
Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Business Administration/ Business
Management / Sales & Marketing
Successful sales track records
