Duration: 12 months 

1. Level: Junior

2. Working Time: Office hours Monday to Friday (Weekend can be needed offsite ad hoc basis during month and quarter end)

3. Location: Coca cola factory, 485 ha noi highway, thu duc

Scope of Work:

- Level 1 support for SAP operation including all SAP modules( mainly FICO,SD) and SAP Integrated systems. Playing roles as main PIC for coordination from business to L2 Consultant team

- Support Administration tasks using Governance, Risk Compliance SAP system. Addressing new user request, alternation of roles and authorization

- Escalation PIC for urgent issue ( mainly FICO,SD)

- Follow and and ensure vendor complied with Agreed SLA
