Project Manager (technical supervisor background)
Job Description:
A full-time on-site project manager.
The PM is responsible for personnel and institutional work internally (within the offshore team). It mainly includes performance management, attendance management, recruitment management, employee welfare and so on.
The PM is responsible for communicating with the client team externally, including project plans, arrangements, requirements, and personnel interviews, etc.
PM Competency Requirements:
○ 1-3 years of project management experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
○ At least 1 year of development experience.
○ A certain Chinese ability is preferred. If there is no Chinese language ability, a minimum of English document ability is required.
