BD Manager/ Director

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop significant long-term partnerships with banks and build strong business relationships.
  • Source and acquire clients, especially clients in large corporations.
  • Lead all aspects of deal execution from: identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, business case development, to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Communicate and report to leadership the forecast of pipeline, business impact, and on-going feedback from employer partners.
  • Educate employer partners, banking partners on the Nano value proposition through presentations, webinar and demos.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Requirement:

  • Experienced over 3-5 years at Business Development, Sales, Relationship Manager position at Bank (for medium & large corporate).
  • Have background in B2B focused on the Banking & finance industry (Payroll, Corporate Finance, Investment Bank,...) Fintech, ERP.
  • Have relationships with C-level in some business in Manufacturing, Textile, Electric, Shoes, Retail
  • Have experience in coordinating with other business units of a Bank to sell types of chain finance products (loans, capital raising, credit, financial investment consulting,..) to maximize customer exploitation, promote and develop bank's services for medium and large corporate customers.
  • Good achievements in direct sales
  • Can go business other provinces usually
  • Possess some essential skills such as: Strategic mindset, good in finance, risk management, good communication with internal/external, skill to open, negotiate and close deals.
