 Job Description:

Job Title: Business Analyst (Full-Time) 3 years and above.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team
full-time. This role focuses on thoroughly understanding business requirements and translating it into
dev-ready Jira stories, collaborate with developers on estimation/sizing by clarifying the
requirements, facilitating discovery sessions, creating Jira stories, and translate acceptance criteria
into test plans, create and track delivery execution plans/deliverables, and publish progress reports.
From a QA perspective, you will be involved in creating test scenarios, test execution plans, and
collaborating with the existing QA team on the testing approach. You will also perform user
acceptance testing and, if needed, take on some test execution responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analyst:
Understand Arevo business requirements and translate them into dev-ready tickets.
Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business needs.
Create Jira stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers on estimations and sizing for tasks.
Document changes/updates to the business requirements as projects evolve, ensuring inputs
from stakeholders and the development team is captured. Questions/scenarios raised by the
team should be followed up, addressed, and documented.
Assist in developing and maintaining the delivery execution plan.
Track deliverables and ensure timely completion.
Publish progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
QA Tester:
Develop test scenarios and execution plans for projects.
Work closely with the QA team to refine the testing approach.
Perform user acceptance testing to ensure the final product meets business needs.
Take on test execution responsibilities as needed.

Key Attributes
Must-Have:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and methodologies.
Proficient in Jira and familiar with business analysis processes.
Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
Exposure to mobile app technologies, including iOS and Android.
Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based technologies.
Experience with user acceptance testing or any formal QA processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring maximum overlap across
Australia and Vietnam time zones.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred:
Google Analytics knowledge to assess user behaviours and perform data analysis to identify
areas of improvement.
General reporting skills to compile, analyze, and present data clearly and concisely to
communicate key insights, volume stats, trends, progress and outcomes effectively
IT or computer science degree related discipline, Agile or Scrum Master certification or
Business Analysis certification

Must have: A solid understanding of business requirements, with the ability to translate and expand them from a technical perspective, along with strong testing knowledge.

Nice to have: Experience with Google Analytics, basic reporting and data entry skills.
