Job Description: As a Sales Supervisor in the stationery industry, you will be responsible for
leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong customer
relationships. Your leadership skills and industry knowledge will contribute to the success of our
sales efforts in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide guidance, coaching, and regular feedback to enhance team performance.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and
achieve revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to
identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing
campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and
partners.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely
manner.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize customer value.
Sales Performance:
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor progress regularly.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and take
proactive measures to enhance performance.
Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
and optimize stock levels.
Monitor inventory turnover and manage slow-moving or excess stock effectively.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date with stationery industry trends, competitor activities, and market
dynamics in Vietnam.
Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies to changing
market conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years of experience in sales roles within the stationery industry. Experience of at least
3 years in a supervisory or leadership role is required.
Strong understanding of the stationery market in Vietnam, including product knowledge
and market dynamics.
Proficiency in using office software, including MS Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
