Job Description:
Hiring IT comtor cum Progress Issue Management
1. Job Details
Progress issue manager(PIM):
Create and daily update Schedule
Daily resources/progress/issues tracking and monitoring based backlog and shared
information
Report progress/issues/risk to managers/leaders by daily meeting or when members
shared
Collect the data and Analyze the problems with team
Make a process and install it on the project
IT Comtor:
Interpreter in the meetings between project team and the customers, in the internal
meetings (face-to-face meetings, video meetings, etc)
Translate the documents of software development projects, administrative documents
Other assigned tasks from the project
Secretary of Managers:
Supporting Managers' tasks regarding recruitment, organization and back office based
on instructions of Managers. Currently, Managers are Japanese and Vietnamese.
2. Professional requirement
Japanese equivalent of N1 (good at speaking, listening, writing, reading)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skill (capable of getting reports (progress,
issue, etc,.) from members and reporting the status to managers/leaders.
Have working experience in IT company
Prioritize candidates who have knowledge of IT
Prioritize candidates who have experience in managing progress issues.
Prioritize candidates who used to live and work in Japan
3. General Requirement
Time management : make plan, verify the progress based on committed schedule

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
