I. JOB SUMMARY

Mainly focus on liquid seasoning technology (Working in environment with odors from fermentation products (soybean, rice, vinegar).

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute the following assigned tasks via obtaining the cooperation of others. Other roles & responsibilities may be assigned additionally:

  1. CP test:
  • Prepare CP test plan & master plan based on technical standards and reports from related unit/section.
  • Work with related sections to conduct CP test and evaluate test process such as methods and parameters (process flow, layout, site, machine mechanism and machine model).
  • Collect data and prepare reports after CP test for approval, adopt Quality Assessment in particular case if needed.
    • Support production in related projects such as installing new equipment, instrument or changing production process.
    • Transfer new machine, technology to production units after evaluating.
    • Study and propose new solutions including machine, equipment, instrument, methods to solve technical issues in production process.

    IV. REQUIREMENTS

    From 22 to 26 years old;

    Bachelors Degree in Biology, Food Science or other related technology fields;

    Be proficient in English (4 skills) and Microsoft Office;

    Have strong knowledge in fermentation technology;

    Have general knowledge of fermentation process for vinegar and soy sauce;

    Have strong skills in calculation, numerical analysis, and data;

    Have proactive learning attitude, effective communication, logical thinking & cooperation skill.

    V. WORKING CONDITION

    1. Working time: 07:30 16:00/ From Monday to Friday.

    2. Working place: Bien Hoa Factory.
