Outbound Call Maestro:

· Proactively engage customers with innovative outreach strategies, turning every interaction into an opportunity.

· Unleash your creativity to surpass individual and company key performance indicators.

· Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, becoming a subject matter expert.

· Provide top-notch customer service with a personalized touch, whether over the phone or through email.

· Demonstrate problem-solving wizardry, transforming customer queries into valuable opportunities.

· Collaborate with the team, sharing insights and brainstorming ideas to elevate our performance.

· Embrace exciting additional duties assigned by our forward-thinking Team Lead and Branch Head.

FrontDesk Dynamo-Customer Service Extraordinaire:

· Proactively manage front desk duties like a multitasking magician.

· Identify, profile, and tier customers to tailor services to their unique needs.

· Ensure seamless customer transactions and deliver top-notch service.

· Juggle administrative duties, manage appointments, and register customers with finesse.

· Prepare logistics and necessary materials for a smooth customer experience.

· Embrace other exciting duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

· GCE 'O' level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualifications.

· Bonus points for prior experience in contact centre and customer service activities.

· Basic computer knowledge is essential.
