Sales Operation Support

 Job Description:

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

· Prospect and qualify leads from incoming calls/emails & assign to sales

· Cold call to inactive accounts/contacts and visit lost/fallback cases for interest in other courses

· Help to qualify enquiries that comes through COMAT website chatbot and reply to FAQs.

· Update engagement progress effectively & accurately using CRM

· Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and results to the sales team

· Provide ad-hoc administrative support/post-class services for sales team to clients

· Assist sales team to monitor procurement systems (Gebiz, Sesami and etc) for new opportunities where possible

· Review of post-class feedback report and look for potential leads

· Process enrolments in TMS and assign to sales

· Other administrative and logistics responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma/degree from an accredited institution majoring in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and/or training.

· Proven work experience as telemarketing / sales / key account holder in a B2B and B2C environments

· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Good communication skills in English via verbal and writing

· Good problem solving skills

· A self-starter with a results-driven approach

· Team player with strong collaborative skills

· Willing to learn new technologies and adaptable to fast-paced environment
