 Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new markets, new clientele and new industries in order to promote company's products and services. 
  • Work aggressively to make in-road penetrations to new company clientele against a targeted timeline.
  • Maintain and surge the performance of existing client base and continuously upsell company's products and services to expand its participation and positioning in the client's operations and strategic plans. 
  • Build excellent rapport relationship with the clients within the various layers of the client's organization to garner maximum sales results for company. 
  • Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and attend to inquiries, complaints, issues and projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Work with team lead to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities where necessary.
  • Target new sales, create new accounts, and exploit new business opportunities.
  • Prepare all client presentations and proposals for business development projects or tenders.
  • Submission of accurate weekly sales reports and projections, sales activities plan and any additional reports with information requested periodically by managers including sales strategy and updates.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in corporate sales or IT account management.
  • Preferably candidate with sales record of clients: banking/fintech/insurance, IT or project sales 
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Those who possess solutions selling experience, preferably in telecommunications/mobile messaging industry will be an added advantage.
