Senior Content Marketing Executive

 Job Description:

Duties:

  • Write and develop original, high-quality content for various platforms without supervision.
  • Independently manage content creation and strategy across multiple platforms:
    • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo, Viber, etc.): Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platforms unique audience and format. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, and utilize each platforms strengths (e.g., short-form videos on TikTok, professional content on LinkedIn, and interactive features on Instagram). Monitor trends, run paid campaigns, and leverage analytics to optimize reach and engagement.
    • Company Website: Keep content up-to-date, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    • MarsConnect App: Manage in-app content to drive user engagement and interaction.
    • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with other teams (design, product) to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
    • Analyze performance data and independently adjust content strategies to improve engagement.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Must-have:

  • Age below 35.
  • Fluent in English (or Chinese, if applicable).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in content marketing or related roles, experience working in insurance or fintech marketing, understanding customer needs and behaviors in these sectors.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of content projects from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo, Viber), websites, apps, and offline events.
  • Strong content creation skills, with a focus on producing engaging content for tech-savvy, e-commerce-driven audiences
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adapt strategies to optimize results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously without supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fintech or tech startups
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) to complement content creation.
  • Experience in organizing and managing events, including activations, workshops, and product soft launches
