I. JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for managing & strengthening company-wide activities to ensure the legal compliance on Laws and the internal rules/ regulations.
- Managing resources (people, budgets, etc.), using resources efficiently & appropriately to promote the implementation of Department/ Section goals.
- Managing the Legal & Compliance Section to expand and strengthen its business, function and structure.
- Manage, control, plan and promote departments compliance with the Company regulations
- Execute other activities assigned by Department Manager and Division Manager.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, control, plan and promote the legal compliance in the Company:
- Plan & execute the reviewing the compliance of the Company and all departments with the requirements of the current relevant Laws and to reinforce the compliance of the Company and all departments with the requirements of the current relevant Laws.
- Update the information about new Laws (including the Bill - a draft of a proposed law); research, analyze and evaluate the impact of the Laws and/or the Bill on the Company operations.
- Report to the Board of Directors the information about new laws, the change of laws (including the Bill) that affect and/or impact on the company operations.
- Put the new Law in practice in time to ensure the compliance.
- Advise on new projects (company scope) on legal aspects.
- Plan and execute the training activities to enhance the legal awareness among the managers and employees to ensure compliance (in various forms & platforms, including but not limited to activities such as offline/ online training, website, etc.).
- Advise and resolve legal issues related to the outside (disputes, litigation, etc.).
- Plan & execute the review on the compliance of all departments with company regulations and reinforce the compliance accordingly.
- Plan & execute the activities to motivate relevant departments to conduct training so that managers and employees can raise awareness of the company regulations to ensure compliance (in various forms and platforms, including but not limited to activities such as offline/ online training, website, etc.).
III. REQUIREMENTS
- Obtained Bachelors degree of Laws major (Lawyer practicing certificate is an advantage).
- Have intensive knowledge of Vietnamese laws and common international trade laws.
- Have deep commercial and business knowledge.
- Have high level of English writing in Contracts and in business communications.
- Have proficient skills in analytical thinking and making judgments.
- Careful, honest, business-oriented, active, engaging, highly independent & responsible.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in the same position.
V. WORKING CONDITION
- Working time: 08:00 16:45/ From Monday to Friday.
- Working place: Ho Chi Minh Office.
