Fluent in English communiaction (level 4/5)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules to meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo functionalities.
• Conduct functional testing and validation of Odoo implementations.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful customization and integration.
• Prepare functional specifications and user manuals for Odoo modules.

Requirements:

• Vietnamese candidates
• From 3 years of experience as an Odoo functional consultant/business analyst.
• Strong functional expertise in Odoo ERP, including module configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong experience in the manufacturing sector (experience in the steel or plastic sector is a plus).
• Ability to conduct training sessions and provide end-user support.
