Senior Business Development

 Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development to lead our efforts in expanding our IT outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the IT industry and outsourcing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the marketing department to ensure the company's services are presented properly to clients.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

  • Proven sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in outsourcing services.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of IT outsourcing.
