We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive company growth through strategic initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.

- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and position the company competitively in the industry.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.

- Implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in headhunt companies

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a university of good repute.

- Proven track record of success in a sales role within the recruitment industry

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.

- Proficiency in CRM software.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
