SAP Project Systems (PS) Analyst
Job Description:
As a Project Systems Analyst you would be expected to provide support to the Aerospace Business Units which are utilizing SAP. You need to be comfortable with end user interactions and in supporting those sites which are still on ECC as well as the S/4 Business Unit. In addition, you will need to know how to create Functional Design Specs, perform 1on1 training, lead user testing of enhancement requests, and provide day to day support. The following is a brief listing of skills and other responsibilities that will make you successful in this position.

Good experience in utilizing PS functionality and understand the touch points to MM, PP, Procurement, and Finance.
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation for implemented ERP solutions, configuration maintenance, and process changes.
- Design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production ready Project Systems solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.

Experience utilizing Asset Management functionality and processes.

Strong organization and communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer interaction skills.
- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix.
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and drive projects to successful completion.
What YOU need to be successful:
6+ plus years of SAP PS experience and ideally having completed a minimum of two full life cycle implementations.
Bachelors degree in finance, production planning or related field required; a combination of education and experience may also be considered. Advanced degree a plus.

Experience with SAP ECC and/or S4HANA.
- Experience implementing and supporting multiple facilities in a dispersed geographical area.

Competent in maintaining End User documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Experience working on projects using SAPs ASAP or Activate methodology and there by gained experience in understanding requirements, project planning, and the importance of end-to-end solutions.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have):
APICS certification is a plus.
