Build and manage a team of Financial Advisors
Design and implement recruitment, training, and development programs for the advisor team
- Sales Plan Implementation
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Oversee the sales team's performance, provide coaching and training
Monitor and analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement
Conduct regular employee assessments to identify areas for improvement
Evaluate the overall business performance and provide recommendations for enhancement
- Market and Customer Development
Develop the market, identify and reach out to potential customers
Evaluate and identify new business opportunities to drive growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distribution channels, and customers
