  • Financial Advisor Recruitment
    • Build and manage a team of Financial Advisors

    • Design and implement recruitment, training, and development programs for the advisor team

  • Sales Plan Implementation
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

    • Oversee the sales team's performance, provide coaching and training

    • Monitor and analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions

  • Performance Evaluation and Improvement
    • Conduct regular employee assessments to identify areas for improvement

    • Evaluate the overall business performance and provide recommendations for enhancement

  • Market and Customer Development
    • Develop the market, identify and reach out to potential customers

    • Evaluate and identify new business opportunities to drive growth

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distribution channels, and customers
