We're seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of our brand. You'll be responsible for crafting high-impact visuals that resonate with our target audience and elevate the user experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX) to understand project goals and brand messaging.
• Develop compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategy and user needs.
• Design and execute a wide range of creative assets, including:
• User interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications
• Marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, email templates, presentations)
• Branding elements (e.g., logos, icons, color palettes)
• Print materials (e.g., brochures, packaging)
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Stay informed about current design trends and best practices.
• Present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Create digital illustrations, iconography and graphics for various proposes.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a creative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and a keen understanding of visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of branding principles.
