 Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Market business: Search, develop and expand customers who are businesses - large, industry-leading, multinational manufacturers that can expand their business abroad.

+ Build and commit to your own Sales with the General Director

+ Responsible for managing and operating Sales Department activities

+ Supervise and urge the performance of business activities by sales staff and management-level departments

+ Achieve personal sales goals and be responsible for promoting sales of sales staff in your charge

+ Monitor inventory, urge sales staff to follow the set plan, do not leave inventory for more than 6 months.

+ Monitor debts and urge business partners to collect debts and not let debts become overdue

+ Based on marketing reports about the market and new products, collect customer opinions to plan offers, marketing, research new products, and adjust customer service criteria accordingly.

+ Plan quarterly orders for the sales department to ensure adequate production and reserve of goods according to customer needs

REQUEST:

-Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Chemistry or equivalent Economics/Technical majors

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the market, business community that produces and distributes food extract products

- Experience: 10 years or more in food business, including 5 years or more in an equivalent management position in food extraction

- Skills in gathering and leading a team to work according to plan

- Negotiation, persuasion and customer care skills

- Good-looking, friendly, healthy appearance

- Have the ability to sense and distinguish flavors well

- Use English fluently

- Nationality: Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean,.(Foreigner)
