Sales Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales revenue or profit targets.

Managing and motivating the teams including Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Support to

achieve individual and team targets.

Monitoring, analyzing market trends, doing market research to identify / develop new business opportunities,

become aggressive, and stay strongly competitive in the market.

Establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with all customers, business partners, and company

principles.

Coordinating / collaborating with other company departments / teams (ie. Sales Support, Engineering &

Service Team, Marketing and Business Development Team, HR / Admin Dep. etc.) in daily business activities

to ensure alignment and maximize sales revenue, sales potential, and business development.

Providing required sales reports and forecasts to direct / top management when needed.

Conducting performance evaluations, providing training and recommendations for promotions, bonuses, and

feedback to team leaders based on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual basic.

Controlling sales costs / team operating expenses, and ensuring all expenses are within the approved sales

budget.

Ensuring compliance with the industrial / product standards, company policies and regulations

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing,

or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in sales activity, sales management or leading the sales teams.

Full professional proficiency in English.

Strong communication, tactful negotiation, and good interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to work independently and stably under pressure with strong sense of teamwork.

Flexibility to travel as needed.

Aged 30 or more / 30+
