ERP Senior Analyst - QA & Integration

 Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the analysis, design, implementation, configuration, and support of D365FO modules related to Supply

Chain Management and Inventory Management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into technical

specifications, and configure the system accordingly.

- Conduct thorough testing of system changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal

performance.

- Provide subject matter expertise in SCM and Inventory processes, offering guidance and best practices to

improve efficiency and alignment with industry standards.

- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery

and alignment with regional business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to D365FO SCM and Inventory modules, working closely

with end-users from different countries to provide effective solutions.

- Maintain up-to-date set of documentation for application design and flow, As-Is and To-Be business processes,

functional design, system testing, monitoring & tracking the issues with resolution status.

- Stay current with industry trends, Microsoft updates, and best practices in D365FO SCM and Inventory

Management, and make recommendations for system improvements.

- Lead in user training sessions, workshops, and documentation creation to ensure end-users are proficient in

utilizing the ERP system for SCM and Inventory related modules.

- Utilize data migration tools and scripts to extract, transform, and load data into D365FO, adhering to

established data mapping rules.

- Monitor data migration processes and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that arise during migration.

- Collaborate with functional analysts to ensure data validation and reconciliation post-migration, resolving

any data integrity issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes, procedures, and validation steps.

- Provide training and guidance to end-users for data-related activities in the new legal entities.

- Participate in the evaluation of third-party integrations and extensions that enhance the functionality of the

D365FO system.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) are a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system analysis, configuration, and support, with a focus on

Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamic 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO).

- Industry knowledge in Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is preferred.

- Proven expertise in implementing and configuring D365FO modules related to Supply Chain Management

and Inventory Management modules.

- In-depth understanding of SCM and Inventory costing best practices and their alignment with ERP systems.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively translating business requirements into

technical solutions.

- Experience in creating new legal entity, data migration, conducting UAT and user training.

- Experience performing data migration using Data Management module.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

- In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX ERP product with

solid skill in functional knowledge such as Finance, Supply Chain or Retail/Commerce.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical

issues.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels of

the organization.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) with a focus on SCM and

Inventory Management modules.

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management best practices and industry standards.

- Ability to conduct system testing, quality assurance, data migration, UAT and training for changes and

enhancements.

- Familiarity with third-party integrations and extensions to optimize D365FO for finance and POS operations.

- Strong documentation skills for technical specifications and end-user training materials.
