Recruitment Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to enrich talent pipelines and close off positions for the company
- Work closely with Delivery Manager and other related stakeholders to get hiring process smooth
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing itDevelop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in both Tech and Non-Tech vacancies
- Effectively fluent English communication effectively, both orally and in writing
- Good communication with multiple kinds of stakeholders within the organizations regardless of levels or roles
- Independent work with high autonomy
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, e.t.c
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Hands-on working experiences with recruitment agencies, vendors
- Experiences in Enterprise environment and Singapore companies is a bonus
