Recruitment Executive

 Job Description:

Responsibilities 

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to enrich talent pipelines and close off positions for the company 
  • Work closely with Delivery Manager and other related stakeholders to get hiring process smooth
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing itDevelop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks as need
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in both Tech and Non-Tech vacancies 
  • Effectively fluent English communication effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Good communication with multiple kinds of stakeholders within the organizations regardless of levels or roles 
  • Independent work with high autonomy 
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, e.t.c 
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Hands-on working experiences with recruitment agencies, vendors 
  • Experiences in Enterprise environment and Singapore companies is a bonus
