Business Development Executive HCM
Job Description:
Conduct market research to find potential prospects.
Build a solid brand awareness to the targeted segment of prospects.
Build, nurture good business relationships with and convert prospectsinto customers
Respond quickly to customer inquiries, feedback and resolve their issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
Using software to make kitchen layouts and send quote to customer (will be trained), follow up to close sale.
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers'
dedication (Customer service).
Analytics and reporting using CRM system
Other tasks upon request.
