Solor Sales Executive - New

 Job Description:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients of varying sizes.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and propose solar energy solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, including payment options and contracts to clients.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure project designs meets client needs and specifications.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with a high sales commission.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and market trends.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solar sales or a related field with a strong track record of sourcing potential clients and closing deals.
  • Ability to handle projects ranging from small business to industrial clients, typically between 50KWP 1MWP in size.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and their components.
  • An understanding of payment plans to present to clients (e.g. PPA, deferred payments, etc).
  • Knowledge of regulatory and incentive environment for solar in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
