 Job Description:

Business Development

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities & propose innovative recruitment solutions to prospect clients by fully understanding their critical recruitment needs
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Getting new clients, growing client database and connecting with inactive clients
  • Building and developing a strong sales pipeline according to the targets
  • Partner & advise on new relevant business opportunities in the market
  • Work closely with & timely report to the Head of Business in terms of timely Sales pipelines & strategies to hit /set achievements monthly, quarterly & yearly
  • Attending Business networking events, meetings, seminars, job fairs, etc.
  • Ensure increased growth profitability (Quarterly KPIs and targets)

Account Management & Planning

  • Lead and ensure consistent approach to develop new client accounts across multiple relevant services 
  • Proactively lead account meetings and communications to ensure all relevant stakeholders are updated on the new requirements; and are engaged with these clients
  • Partner closely with the Delivery team to ensure the smooth operations of serving practices & account allocations for fulfillment
  • Deliver the best quality of service standards to clients by playing a role of connector between company & client stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years proven track record in sales & business development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Having good knowledge of Recruitment/Headhunt services, HR outsourcing, consulting services is plus.
  • Proven track of Sales achievements
  • Good at presentation, marketing and sales management skills
  • Good English
