Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the analysis, design, and support of D365FO modules related to Finance and Supply Chain under the guidance of senior staff.
- Work within cross-functional teams to help gather business requirements, aiding in the translation into functional specifications, and support the configuration of the system.
- Participate in testing of system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet accuracy, reliability, and performance standards.
- Support the provision of subject matter expertise, adhering to guidance and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to collaboration efforts with developers, solution architects, and project managers to support successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and addressing issues, providing support to end-users from different countries.
- Help maintain a comprehensive documentation set for application design and flow, business processes, functional design, and system testing, including monitoring and tracking issue resolutions.
- Keep informed of industry trends, Microsoft updates, and best practices in D365FO functionalities, and assist in making recommendations for system improvements.
- Support user training sessions, workshops, and documentation efforts to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the ERP system for financial and POS activities.
- Participate in the evaluation of third-party integrations and extensions to improve the D365FO system functionality.
- Receive mentorship from senior ERP lead and contribute to team efforts, aiming for professional growth and development.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) are beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of D365FO modules.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with data migration, conducting UAT, and user training is preferable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) ERP products, with
a focus on Finance or Supply Chain.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a basic ability to address technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to assist in comprehensive system testing, quality assurance, data migration, UAT, and training activities.
- Openness to learning about third-party integrations and extensions relevant to finance and POS operations.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

- Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively in a team across diverse cultures and locations.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to other countries as needed
